Who uses this application

AI Assistant is a personal, single-user application operated by its developer for their own use. It is not offered to the public and has no other users.

What data it accesses

With the owner's explicit authorization through Google's consent screen, the application accesses the owner's own Gmail messages, drafts and labels, and the owner's own Google Calendar events, using the Google Gmail API and Google Calendar API.

How the data is used

• To read, search and summarize the owner's mail and calendar for the owner.
• To create drafts and calendar events that the owner reviews and confirms before anything is sent or created.

Data is processed on infrastructure the owner controls. It is not sold, shared with third parties, used for advertising, or used to train machine-learning models.

Storage and retention

OAuth tokens are stored encrypted on the owner's own servers and can be revoked at any time from the owner's Google Account under "Third-party apps with account access". Message content is kept only as long as needed to answer the owner's request; summaries the owner chooses to keep are stored in the owner's private memory store.

Google API Services User Data Policy

AI Assistant's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
